  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.

  • Used, opened, damaged items
  • Custom/personalized products
  • Items beyond the return period
  • Wrong size/choice due to customer error

  1. Refund Process

    Contact support → Provide order number & photos → Approval → Return item → Inspection → Refund.

    Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  2. Shipping Costs


  • Quality issues: we cover return shipping.
  • Customer’s choice: customer pays return shipping.
